How do balloon ride certificates work?
Our decorative gift certificates include a letter of introduction, a map of our potential meeting sites, and a booking confirmation sheet. The certificate is for the recipient to keep, so it can be personalized as you see fit in the “To” and “From” sections, and is signed by the Pilot.
Certificates can be sent via first class mail or email, or you can arrange by phone to pick one up at our home Balloonport in Carmel, IN. We accept Visa, Mastercard, good checks and of course, cash.
Once someone receives a gift certificate, they only need to complete the booking confirmation sheet and return it to us by fax or email to schedule their ride. We will contact them to set up the appropriate date for their flight and the rest will be up to Mother Nature!

What if they decide not to fly?
We do not encourage “surprises” unless you are certain that your friend or loved one has expressed a desire to fly. Once a flight certificate is purchased, it is not refundable. However, you may transfer it to someone else. A balloon ride is a special treat - we want to make sure all our passengers feel that way before we take off!
